WordPress Web Developer (Elementor & Woocommerce)

Our team consists of talented and dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a Web Designer & Developer to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional work.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop attractive, user-friendly, and responsive websites using PHP, WordPress, and other relevant technologies.
Design and implement website layouts and user interfaces using Elementor & Elementor Pro
Set up and configure WooCommerce stores
Integrate payment gateways and shipping methods into WooCommerce sites
Manage products, orders, and customer data in WooCommerce
Troubleshoot and debug WooCommerce-related issues
Optimize WooCommerce performance and user experience
WordPress site Speed Optimization (Google and GTmetrix)
Integrate various multimedia elements into the website design, including videos, images, and animations.
Ensure that the website is optimized for search engines, accessibility, and load times.
Test websites across different browsers and devices to ensure compatibility and correct functionality.
Stay up-to-date with new web design and development technologies, trends, and best practices.
Implement and maintain website security measures to protect against hacking and other cyber-attacks.
Troubleshoot and debug website issues as needed.
Provide technical support to end-users as needed.
Mentor junior developers and designers, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge.
Keep project timelines, budgets, and goals on track and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Continuously evaluate website performance and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience.
Good communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Requirements & Skills:

We are preferring 6+ months or more industry experience
Strong knowledge of PHP, Java Scripts and WordPress.
Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web design and development technologies.
Expertise in Elementor & Elementor Pro
Expertise in Woocommerce & Woocommerce based themes
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with server administration and deployment is a plus.
Having experience in Laravel Framework will be a plus
Having experience in Graphics Design (Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator) will be an added advantage.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor degree completed or running student from any kind of IT discipline subject (If you are skilled enough then we will consider your educational background)

Additional Requirements:

Must possess a can-do attitude.
Skilled in MS office applications, standard computer efficiency and email communications.
Must have advanced situational judgment ability.
Good in English.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Must have to maintain communication with clients excluding office hours.
Experience with remote work and virtual communication.

Salary & Other Details:

Workplace: IMBD Agency Office

– Salary: Negotiable (15k Starting)
– Employment Status: Full-time
– Provisional/Training Period: 1 to 3 Months
– Weekly Holiday: Friday
– Office Hour: 11am-7pm
– Compensation & Other Benefits: According to the company policy.

NB: There will be a 1-3 months provisional period when we will pay 50% to 70% of the salary.
